Mercury is a locally owned and operated office supply dealer located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Mercury has been helping businesses in the metro area meet the changing needs of the workplace since 1962. We believe that while it's important to deliver quality products in a timely manner, at a fair price, it is also important to maintain a high standard of customer service. We do this by listening to the individual needs of each customer and by taking a personal interest in helping you run your business more smoothly; making it our job to take the worry out of office supplies. We will never ask you to call us back when you have the item number, we will look it up for you.

  • Can't find it? Our friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and customer service department are available to help with all of your office supply needs or questions. In addition, our purchasing department works daily on special orders and hard to find items.

  • Tired of backorders? We provide you with a phone call on all items that have been discontinued or are on back order from the manufacturer, to determine a solution that works for you. We won't leave it for you to find out about when your order is delivered.

  • Need it now? Same day rush service is available to customers with a commercial account.

  • It needs to be assembled! We offer our customers with a commercial account assembly and installation on all items that require it.

  • Do you have a special requirement on your order? Delivery by a certain time, or at a special place? We offer flexibility to customize our services to fit your individual needs.

  • You don't care for an item or your order is wrong? We offer a simple return policy with returns taken up to 30 days. Give it to your delivery person or call us and we'll be there to pick it up immediately.

  • Do you have an item that needs repair? We're there to help you with repairs and warranty work on items purchased from us.

  • No minimum order requirement for free next day, desktop delivery for customers with a commercial account on all orders placed M - F between 8 AM - 4 PM.

  • Net 30 day billing terms can be arranged through Mercury, or pay by using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
