Product must be returned in it's original package and be in re-salable condition. Full in-house credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of order date.

If product is faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we guarantee 100% credit or product replacement. Any shipping charges incurred for returning products to Mercury Office Supply are the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom orders, special orders, and perishable items are nonreturnable.
